PACKAGE I - Interior design + Supervision + General contracting

 

STAGE 01 - FUNCTIONAL LAYOUT, VISUALIZATIONS

  • 3 proposals for the functional layout in the form of a 2D projection

  • Layout selection

  • Apartment inventory or design based on development drawings

  • Interior visualizations, along with a proposal of furniture, color and materials that will be used in the interior.

 

STAGE 02 - EXECUTION DESIGN

  • Drawings of electrical installations (sockets, light points, switches) and plumbing

  • Drawings of floors - tiles, boards, selected materials

  • Finishing of walls and ceilings

  • Executive drawings of furniture -  interiors, views

 

STAGE 03 - PROJECT COST ESTIMATION

  • List of materials with the valuation of all materials used, renovation and carpentry works

 

STAGE 04 - SUPERVISION AND CONTRACTING

  • Technical acceptance from the developer, with the participation of an experienced civil engineer, with an indication of defects and faults

  • Supervision over the investment by an architect, coordinator. Managing the work schedule and reporting work progress to the client

  • Supervision over subcontractors: construction team, carpenter, stonemason, seamstress, suppliers of furniture and finishing materials

  • Orders and transport of construction and finishing materials in accordance with the cost estimate, list of project equipment

  • Providing a proven and profesional construction team, carpenter and other subcontractors

  • Guarantee

 

STAGE 05 - FINAL WORKS

  • Additional works and additional services - arrangement, cleaning
