HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DESIGN?
 
Designing usually takes 2-3 months from the designated project start date and / or the date of handing over a set of materials. We hand over the entire project after the payment for cooperation is finalized and settled.
 
WHICH MATERIALS SHOULD BE PROVIDED?
 
To complete the project, a drawing of the flat plan is necessary, as well as filling in the questionnaire, which will be sent by e-mail, as well as interior inspiration that the client likes.
 
CAN I SUBMIT AMENDMENTS TO THE PROJECT?
 
You can make two amendments during the apartment design process. The first time after receiving the conceptual design, the second time after completing the design. Both rounds of fixes are included in the cooperation price. Subsequent corrections, after the end of cooperation, are possible to introduce for an additional fee of PLN 200 net per hour of work of the designer.
 
DO YOU HAVE PROVEN CONSTRUCTION TEAMS?
 
Yes, we always work with a proven construction team, carpenter and suppliers of materials and furniture, thanks to which the implementation runs smoothly, within the agreed time and budget.
 
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE PACKAGE I from II?
 

In package I, we design the interior and coordinate all finishing works, we indicate the construction team, subcontractors and suppliers. In Package II, the client provides us with an interior design, and we carry out and supervise turnkey finishing works along with the implementation of the shopping list.

 
WHAT IS GENERAL CONTRACTOR?
 
The general contracting service gives the customer full comfort. The General Contractor is responsible for the entire process, coordination of subcontractors and suppliers, also orders materials and is responsible for construction service, and provides a guarantee for the construction works and materials used. All this within a predetermined budget and schedule.
 
HOW LONG DOES THE ENTIRE PROCESS (DESIGN AND FINISHING) TAKE FOR MY APARTMENT?
 
The design process usually takes 2-3 months, the implementation phase is about 3 months.
